Growing up I was constantly in and out of hospital. As a teen I started noticing the way my health was affected by how I was eating and I took steps to clean my diet up. In my twenties I was diagnosed with PCOS and was at first put on lots of preventative medicines, all of which left with me with mood swings to rival the worst roller coaster and ultimately very unhappy. I found another approach, one of eating well, moving and being mindful, that brought my cycle back into regularity and my mood swings back to normality.

After graduating university in 2013 I decided that journalism wasn't for me and began taking my first steps into the health and fitness world by enrolling in a Pilates Teacher course. Fast forward a few years and I've gone on to deepen my knowledge by studying all over the world - from Nutrition Coaching in London, Holistic Lifestyle coaching in Miami, to Personal Training with Equinox in New York, and now Yoga Teacher Training with Ashtanga Antibes in France.

This is my way of expressing gratitude for all that I have learned by passing it on to you.
